Group Insurance Health Plans provide coverage to a group of members, usually comprised of company employees or members of an organization. Group health members usually receive insurance at a reduced cost because the insurer’s risk is spread across a group of policyholders.
Ancillary Benefits refer to benefits that are used to supplement group health insurance such as Dental and Vision plans.
Supplemental Benefits are benefits, other than health benefits, that are offered to employees. This includes Group Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance or Critical Illness Insurance.
